Yesterday, I had my class on graphic design for my course and I was the only student. So it was very much a 1-2-1 class.
It was really enlightening for me for a variety of reasons. But, I didn’t realise that there’s actually so much out there that can help us do illustrations.
For example, there’s the noun project. I’d never heard of it before but I think I could probably illustrate my children’s book with it. It seems pretty easy to use. Alongside a light box app which can help me turn anything into a drawing. Well, almost anything.
I still need to play around with both but I’m feeling a bit more confident now. Especially because if I can figure out how to draw using these apps instead of ProCreate which is not especially easy… things will be alot easier.
The drawing above is what I did on ProCreate last month! It’s a spider 🕷
