The Sound of War

Last week, I was in North Wales with my family. I had made the decision to visit Snowdonia on my last day because why wouldn’t I want to take in the beauty?
I arrived just after 2pm. As I went into the visitor centre, I heard an awful sound. It was the sound of what felt like war planes. They were really loud and the many visitors seemed afraid of what they were hearing.

I found myself wondering what if the UK were on the receiving end of bombs 💣 I don’t think, as a nation we would survive. I mean I was literally in a stunning location. The Eryri National Park/Ogwen Valley. A place full of mountains and lakes and wildlife. It was absolutely stunning. But the sound of these planes ✈️ was terrifying. What could have been a peaceful trip was ruined with a terrifying sound 🔊 but it could have been so much worse. The sound probably only lasted a few minutes but imagine living with it all day and night?

I was so thankful that as a country we’re safe, at least at the moment. The sound of war isn’t pretty and yet western governments stick their nose 🤥 where it has no business being. Then they wonder why their people are out weekly protesting against the government and it’s war machines. Why do they always have money for war? Yet they can’t help those who desperately NEED help? Why are we, the UK, working for foreign governments? We’re going to be the cause of our own downfall. Sunak and Starmer never worked for the people. We had a chance with Mr Jeremy Corbyn but we let the Lobbyists push him out.
